After sitting on this chair for approximately 2months I note that the cushion has crushed down just underneath my thighs in the front. I am only 160 pounds and don’t feel that this area should have gone flat. All in all it is a comfortable chair and perhaps this is the way the chair is supposed to respond. It has not really affected the comfort.

Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. Now it is Thursday and no chair. Every night I receive and email about being too late for the delivery and that it is on the next day truck. Very disappointed.
