Easy to assemble they give you a hex key but it’s a lot easier with a 1/4” ratchet and a hex bit. Very comfortable seems to be well made. Returned another brand bought online. I’ll never buy another chair online you have to sit in it to see if it’s right for you.
This was purchased for my mother who is roughly 240lbs and 5 foot tall to allow her to use her desk comfortably. Simply put the quality of the chair is amazing and the assembly was easy and felt secure. I have never put together a chair so comfortably and easily. The casters are quiet even on my hardwood floors the lift and tilt on the chair is easy to use and the liftable arm rests make it easier to fit it to her. I would totally repurchase for myself if I could! Also she chose the red and black design which looks sleek and not overly overdone.
I know this is a gaming chair but i use it in my office and i absolutly LOVE it. Supportive and comfortable and doesnt dig into my thighs. With Fibromyalgia sometimes the slightest touch is painful. I LOVE THIS CHAIR :)
It took over an hour to assemble. The back particularly where the screw holes are is wider than the space it is meant to occupy between the arms. Suffers from the usual horrible obsession of manufacturers with Allen wrenches. The majority of screws are located such that only half a turn at a time is possible. Everything is black making it quite difficult to line up the wrench. On the good side or so I thought the holes did line up. Perhaps not so well as I discovered after over an hour of struggling to finish assembly the seat is crooked. The left is 1 inch higher than the right.
