Deliver was fine and the chair was fairly easy to assemble. The seat cushion was defective but Staples shipped another one out quickly. (one of the screw hoes was not threaded). Overall fairly comfortable but the tilt is tight.

This is a great chair and was on an even better sale. No missing pieces came together with little effort -but definitely a 2 person job to get it done quickly. Comfortable to sit in. Great to look at. Only complaint: it does not sit very low. So if you're (tall) and you like to sit low - this chair only goes down so far... I would suggest test in store first. But otherwise - happy with purchase and recommend to others 👍

We purchased this chair to replace a larger executive office chair which was too big for the desk. This gaming chair is a terrific office chair. It is sturdy. It is comfortable. It fits the space beautifully and we like the fact that the arms fold up so that saves space as well as avoids the arms hitting the desk when the chair is swiveled. Very happy with this purchase and we received a sale price as well. Thank you!
