I received a gray bottom and red/black back. I was in the middle of moving so I wasn't going to take it back for that but seems odd that there's no QC for that. The chair itself is not difficult to put together unless the holes do not line up. I felt like I had to really "force" the chair to line up. I'm not confident that it will hold but we will see.

This chair is very comfortable. I believe it was an earlier version of the one I wanted but is very comfortable easy to put together. The instructions are simple. The only step not listed was which was the base needs to go however it is written on the base and the bottom of the chair say front so it wasn’t too hard to figure out.Although meant for gaming it works great for my job with the call center while working at home. Would deffinatly recommend.
