I bought the chair as a gift to replace the chair I bought a Staples last year. The previous chair fell apart in less than a year. I hope this one holds up better. It looks and appears stronger with actual leather instead of pleather.

I don't have the budget to get anywhere near to $200 for my desk chair and the lower the better. That was one of the main reasons I bought it the other being that I love being able to retract the armrest and the seating space. I'm a heavy guy and this seat fits me great also giving me all the space I need and the ability to cross one foot while sitting like I enjoy. It isn't perfect as I don't really like the positioning of the height and tension adjustment handle and knob making it a nuisance to adjust but mainly for the tension of the backrest. Additionally I love being able to sit cross-legged which this doesn't offer for me but then again just a bonus that I like that isn't necessary. Overall great cushion back support armrests and space for most people including those with a heavyweight.
