I was kind of worried to buy this chair because of some of the reviews. I am very happy I did my own research and went in to the store to physically see it. I sat in one and it was very comfortable. I did have one of the associates at the store assemble it for me for two reasons. 1. There was a special at the time on the assembly 2. I am disabled and it really wouldn't have been very easy for me to assemble. I sit in the chair for long periods of time sometimes and it is still very comfortable to sit in.
Putting it together went well. Instructions were easy to follow. Glad it's made in the US. Using it in a professional accounting office and pleased with the comfort level.
So far so good. I’m using this while I work from home for 12-shifts and it’s like night and day compared to my old chair. My back doesn’t hurt. My Butt doesn’t hurt. I can’t really ask for more.
Got one for my office at school (I'm a teacher) and liked it so much that I spent my own money to get one for myself at home. It's a great chair very comfortable and sturdy. Very easy to put together if you follow this advice: The instructions made it sound (to me) like you should tighten the screws fully after each step but that's not correct. Put everything together loosely ("hand tighten") and THEN when it's all together tighten everything fully. It took me well over an hour to put the first one together because I didn't understand that direction. When I put my second chair together it only took 30 minutes!
