I found the chair easy to assemble. Seat is soft but firm enough. I’ve had a number of people try it and they all have said they think it’s Very comfortable and they have commented on how much they like the styling. Much better than the typical leather office chair. It’s bonded leather so my only concern is how it will hold up over time. Considering the reasonable cost I’ll be happy if I get a few years out of it.
