Purchased online. Indicated that chair comes assembled. Not so. Not even partially. Assembly wasn't too bad. I'm handy with tools. May be more difficult for someone who is not. Love the quality of the chair. Very comfortable and feels sturdy. I'm 6'3 so that is a positive. How this chair will stand up to time we'll see. But for now very happy.
