I wanted a chair with foldup arm rests and thought I found one. After two weeks I gave up trying to assemble it after reading the other 1-star reviewers on Staples complaining about the same problem. I squeezed the Sorina Bonded Leather Chair into the front seat of my Jeep and returned it for a full refund. THANK YOU Staples! In the entry way there was a special offer on the Emerge Vortex Gaming Chair (making it equal in price to my refund). I ignored it; kinda feeling grumpy. Then after completing the return I went back and gave it a closer look. The quality far surpasses the Sorina. The Vortex has foldup arms but also tilts back which the Sorina doesn't do. The materials seem much better BUT I was able to assemble it without a hitch. All of the bolt holes were perfectly aligned and the seat padding is far superior. I love this chair and am delighted at the Staples return policy. Sitting pretty...
