I tried 3 of these chairs before I upgraded to another chair. The Vortex is made in China and lacks any quality control. The staples that hold the leather on were falling out on one chair. They replaced it the next one the arm rests were different height and one stuck out from the back farther than the other. The third chair the back was leaning to one side that the padding was missing on the back. I do not recommend this chair. Staples has many other chairs that are of better quality and quality control.
