I purchased a gaming chair for the simple reason it had the height I needed for my desk. I had to replace my 10 year old chair in decent shape but wasn’t tall enough for by new desk. It was hard to see the screen for how low the chair was. This gaming chair has even more height than what I needed now the screen was easier to see. A bonus is that the arms fold up making it easier to get in and out and by folding the arms up I can slide the chair easily under the desk.
