I sit all day and this chair is o comfortable a big improvement on my previous one. I am also frequently on conference calls and this chair is quiet no squeaking on the microphone. I liked my home office one so much I got one for the office.

The chair has to be put together. Usually instructions are not as clear as they should be. Not the case with this chair. The instructions were clear and the screws were packaged and clearly marked. I didn't have to guess which screws to use and where to use them. As for the chair itself it's comfortable - which is more important to me than how the chair looks. BTW the chair looks really good sitting behind my desk. I also like that the chair arms can be raised when not needed.

while the chair is comfortable it does not work as well as a computer chair as I thought it would be. I am not able to get the back to be straight and forward for lumbar support as much as I had hoped. The chair is really comfortable but perhaps just not for what I had bought it for. I have added a small pillow to my back and it works fine
