The connector plate that connects the seat to the chair seat screw holes did not match up. That caused one of the screws to not go in properly and cross thread and get stuck about a quarter of the way in. It took alot of force to get it out. Once I got it out I confirmed it was not something I did wrong but the screw part in the seat was definitely not manufactured properly. I was deeply disappointed to also find out that a PLASTIC connector connects the back of the chair with the seat bottom - NOT METAL. Lean back a few too many times and I can see the back completely snapping off. The bracket looked to be metal at the store but it turned out to be shiny plastic that looked like metal. Deeply disappointed.

It went together fairly easy. Everything you need comes in the box. It’s comfortable and roomy (120lb fem). I wanted a gaming chair for my WFH office for the comfort. It looks fantastic in person. Very pleased with quality comfort and so far seems quite sturdy.
