Assembles easily. No really! Well OK it requires use of a too-tiny hex wrench (provided) four hands to hold the parts at the right angle while you install the bolts etc. Pretty normal. Instructions are just pictures but they're in the right order if you look at the instructions all the way through before you start. Or if you look at them after you give up and start over. Pretty normal. Hint: All the bolts are exactly the same size. Trust me. Even though they're separately packaged and numbered they're all the same. Just don't loose any there are no spares :-( I love the fold-up arms. They're there when you want support and out of the way when you need to fish in your pocket. The chair spins (wheeee!). With no weight on chair pull up the little arm and chair rises. With weight on chair pull up on little arm and chair goes down. Seems to support my 240lbs without issue. Chair doesn't sink and there's plenty of hip room. Pull out on little arm and chair can recline; only "stop" position is fully upright. Chair always tries to be upright; twist dial on the bottom to control how hard it tries. Twist right ("in" "clockwise") to tighten twist other way to loosen. Very comfortable. Says it's leather and feels like it. Doesn't stick to skin material is soft and textured to the touch. Needs a head pillow if you want to lean back that far (not included I was disappointed). You might want a back pillow too (also not included but I don't feel the need). Get a heavy-duty mat for under the wheels. I got the standard (cheap soft thin) one and the wheels tend to "crater" the mat into the carpet making the chair a bit hard to roll. I'm pleased with my purchase!

The chair was delivered in a reasonable time frame to my house. It is very comfortable and the quality is good for the price. Simple to put together and I am looking forward to years of use.
