What impressed me the most was the easy to follow instructions and the logical layout of packaging. I've put together a LOT of furniture - little screws and nuts and stuff - always a few left over wondering what you missed. Nothing like that here! (Of course to be honest - it's just a chair how hard can it be- right?) As for the product itself - great chair sturdy comfortable does all the things a chair should do. I'm thinking of buying another for my daughter's desk.
