Very disappointed. Bought as a gift and one year later the assembly that holds the seat to the wheels completely separated and the chair lists to the side . We've had office chairs that last for 10 years or more so to me one that was somewhat expensive and only lasting a year is not worth it.

I am very happy with the chair overall. The short comings would be the assembly of the chair. Also there was a scratch one one of the casters right out of the packaging :( At this time I am very happy with the chair as far as comfort and quality - other than the above issues. I hope it lasts as long as my previous chair as the assembly does concern me with respect to its longevity.
