It is comfortable but it does not tilt back as far as it shows in the picture and you don't have the option to stay tilted without pushing.

This chair is much more comfortable then my previous home office chair with the high back. I wish that the seat was able to recline and not just go up and down but it is at a little bit of an angle so its fairly comfortable. I've only used it for about a week but can already tell from the level of padding that it won't last years but it is good for now.
