I sat in the Emerge Vortex Gaming chair in a store. My wife and I needed to replace our desk chair. It seemed comfortable and fit our lower backs well. The reclining was soft and easy too. When we received it the assembly was fairly easy. It is still a little stiff but hopefully will soften a little with use. The reclining is rather stiff . I am disappointed that it did not come with a headrest pillow. I was told that the model we purchased did not come with the headrest. I tried ordering it but was unable to do so. I hope it develops into the chair we tried in the store.

very uncomfortable gives me a sore bottom had a chair that I got rid of that I had had for about 19 years that chair was more comfortable the cheap chairs that my work bought for us is more comfortable and cost less

This chair is what I have been looking for. I wanted something comfortable. And that can rock. And have arms that flip up. Mostly easy to put together except putting the back on Leave the arms loose to help line the screw holes up. Great price too!
