It was a little difficult to put together. The instructions were easy enough to follow but I really needed 4 hands to put some of the pieces together. I hope this chair's fasteners hold up better than the lsst chair I bought from you.

I totally recommend this amazing chair. I am not a gamer; I am an old lady who spends hours at her desk. It is so comfortable that I do not want to leave it. The height the sturdy arms the tilt - all adjustable to support my entire body and eliminate the backpain from my previous chairs. Only negative is it was very difficult to assemble by myself. The pieces are heavy and hard to maneuver into position. But the instructions are totally clear - and in English. No YouTube necessary. Warning: once settled into this leather nest you won't want to leave.
