The chair itself would be comfortable except the seat leans forward and so I feel like I’m going to slide out of it all day long. I bought this for my home office since I’m working from home now and it just missed the mark but now I’m stuck with it.

The chair was purchased for the home office. The chair has firm back which is great for support. The armrest did come with scratches already at the sides and under. I wish it had come in better condition.

I sat in the chair at the store and loved it. It was soft and had a recline feature. When I got it home it does not recline and doesn't seem as soft I have tried to adjust it to recline more but it doesn't seem like the same chair. Not sure if it is the same chair. Haven't gone back to the store because it is 3 hours away.

The chair is comfortable to sit on but the arms do not adjust up and down they only fold out of the way. This doesn’t allow for the chair to be pushed under the desk. The bigger issue is that the back doesn’t adjust. There is no leaning back to catch a snooze 😁😁. I effortlessly returned my chair to Staples.
