The front part of the chair under my legs went flat after just a few days and I started sliding off the front of the chair. I couldn't figure out why my back hurt so much then I compared my chair to my husband's. He doesn't spend as much time on his computer as I do so his was still inflated. I traded chairs thinking mine was a fluke but no his started going flat after one day of use. We returned both chairs and got a decent replacement. I guess these chairs were designed for someone who never actually sits just reclines back with their feet on the desk...
The seatback was a little askew after assembly. This was a manufacturing defect not an assembly problem. It's not much but just enough to bug me whenever I see it head on. The wheels do not rotate or roll very easily. I have to pull the casters into the right position using my feet and hands. The leather-like seat also causes my back to sweat after sitting for awhile. A good chair but not a great one.
Good quality leather chair. Offers support and comfort while at the computer or gaming. The local store was out of stock when I was in but they were able to order it price match and have it delivered to my home in just a few days. Great service and a chair I love!
