Bought my chair (blac/blu) four months ago. Super comfortable to game for hours in! Head support and shoulder/back support is relaxing when your neck gets tired. Padded arm rests are very nice to have! Swivels and rocks smoothly. Got the blac/gra (with a warranty)for my son for a b-day present...loves it!

Part of the seat padding (around the sides) caved in on my first chair. I replaced it this past weekend and the replacement appears to be doing the same thing. Will give it some more time. Glad I bought the extended warranty.
