Side arms very cheap metal broke

I bought this chair and the side arm cracked under very little pressure, it was constructed of very cheap metal, and I wasn't able to find a place to get replacement parts.

Even thought this is a "gaming" chair I recently bought this for work. I needed something to support my back for long periods of time. I love that it is not too hard and that the arms lift up! this was a great purchase.

I LOVE THIS CHAIR IT IS SO VERY COMFORTABLE. I BOUGHT A BLACK ONE 3 YEARS AGO THEN I BOUGHT THIS WHITE ONE JULY LAST YEAR. THE LEATHER IS CRACKING & FALLING OFF IM DISAPPOINTED. I AM JUST GOING TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. I DON'T LIKE BLACK, SO I AM BUYING ANOTHER WHITE ONE WITH THE 3 YEAR PROTECTION THIS TIME.

Bought for my cousin, looked really nice and sturdy; even contemplated getting another one for myself! However it took 3 people to get it together! The holes don't line correctly and if you don't put the screws in and only tighten then a little at a time (per screw till all are in the bottom/ the back etc) then it pulls the screws out of alignment and you end up shoving the seat and back down hard trying to realign them. Usually you need to loosen them up and try again. Ugh.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
