I was putting it together and noticed that the one arm pad was detached. Also the one screw for one of the arms was too wide for any of the holes so I returned it. Second one is fine. After I looked at Staples site though I noticed there is a version with neck and lumbar supports that attach. Our store didn't have that version.

This chair is really comfortable and it’s a way better deal than buying $1000 gaming chair. Wish this specific color had more purple but it’s still nice. Though I will say cats love to scratch this material so be careful.

This is a very comfy chair replacing a chair I used for work for 13 years. The seat adjustment knob on the bottom was difficult to turn and I couldn't feel any real difference but I didn't mess with it too much...I'll try again. The arms of the chair are integral to the back so there's no option to remove the arms (my preference) but I'm getting used to it. I sat in every chair at my local Staples and this one was by far the most comfortable for my needs. I like the purple details they are subtle but still my favorite color. It's a great chair at a great price! I do suggest getting to a store to try all the chairs though. The butt knows when the chair is right!
