The only thing I don't care for is the whole chair leans forward. This puts pressure on my knees and the are sore by mid day just from sitting.

Not comfortable and too high for my desk. The armrests bump into the edge of the desk so that I can't move the chair close enough to use the keypad comfortably. If I flip them up it restricts my arms. It's a huge chair and had to be turned sideways and wiggled in to get it into the room (standard size doorway). No lumbar support so I end up hunched over or leaning back in an awkward way. Unable to return as I have no way of unassembling it and transporting it back to the store. Sorry I got it.

Right arm of the chair keeps coming loose. The chair was assembled properly and the slightest touch of the right armrest of the chair leads it to come loose.

This chair is comfy and I love it. I also love that the purple is not too bright so the chair doesn't stand out in my space too much. I have been able to sit in it for 3-5 hours comfortably.
