I received the box all bent up and when we put it together some of the parts were broken. I haven't had the time to call to get replacement parts. Also the item said it leans back and it doesn't I think I made a wrong choice.

Pretty decent chair for the money but the quality control isn't too great apparently. The padding on the left armrest came off and there is no way of reattaching it without destroying the padding.
