Christina was awesome. From my first phone call where I reached her at the store until I ultimately picked up my items she was great! Extremely thorough and showed a great interest in making sure my purchase went smoothly. There was some assembly required. She gave me a date when the items would be ready to pick up and sure enough I received my email notification that morning. It was a very turn key experience for me. It is hard for me to find an office chair that is comfortable to sit in all day because of a back injury. I sat in just about every chair in Staples and had narrowed it down to this one and one other one. This chair doesn't have all of the adjustments that some chairs do but it works for me. I say "great chair for the price" only because of the limited adjustments that some people might like and for the amount of assembly required (both described below). I myself am very happy with the chair and would have paid more for it since it is comfortable for me to sit in all day and seems to be a quality chair hence the 5 stars. Adjustments: The chair adjusts up and down and tilts. The tilt adjustment tilts the seat and back together (you cannot adjust the seat and back independently of each other). The arms are not adjustable up and down though you can fold them up and have an arm-less chair. Assembly: The pieces were well-marked and the instructions were pretty clear. It does come in just about as many pieces as it possibly could. The only things pre-assembled are the gas lift itself (the column the chair sits on that makes the chair go up and down) wheel casters (but you have to attach them to the base) and the seat plate with the adjusting lever and tilt tension knob (but you have to attach it to the bottom of the seat).

Bought this as an office chair. Live the material and it is very comfortable. I am not quite sure what the tilt fact it mine does not work when i follow the instructions but over all this chair beats any office charr hands down for sitting in for long periods of time!
