Nice comfortable chair. Easy to assemble with clear instructions which is rare these days. The lumbar support is great last 2 desk chairs didn't have this. The seat is soft but supportive. we will have to wait to see how it holds up over time.

Tested the chair at the store and liked it. However the one from the box is not as soft on the bottom seat. As a result I will have to add a pillow for long sessions in the chair.

I've had the chair about one week and it is almost perfect. It's very comfortable and looks nice. It has some nice features: arm rests lift up the tilt and back pressure are adjustable. I would prefer longer arm rests. I am short and have to keep the seat low so my feet touch the floor.

The chair is great for the price…for about 2 years. After that you'll be cursing up a storm as you drop at unpredictable levels because of the cheap hydraulic cylinder used for the height adjustment.
