Ordered this chair for my son to sit in while gaming. Took it out of the box to find a broken arm piece. Called to have them send another one. Two weeks later he is still waiting for the piece to finish putting his chair together.

These chairs are a great look and a great value. Very nice quality. Got these for the kids and they love them. They say they are super comfortable and adjustable. Got the three warranty as well which covers pretty much everything including wear and tear.

4 stars only because I like the grey one just the slightest bit better. The grey version has a slightly firmer seat cushion. the seat pan is nice and wide unlike typical task chairs that hem you in. Assembly is straight forward for anyone with any mechanical aptitude. The individual pieces out of the box however are a bit large and bulky. It may be wise for some people to get a friend to assist with assembly.

It is not a high end office chair with customizable lumbar support customizable head rest and mesh covering. But you know that when you buy it. The price is fair and also fairly easy to assemble. Go easy on threading the screws to prevent cross-threading because you will have to use the allen wrench instead of your fingers (as suggested in the instructions) to even start the screw.
