My literal ONLY issue is that the chair sits a little high even on the lowest-to-the-floor setting so consequently my keyboard and mouse were a couple inches closer to the floor than the arm rests were.....forcing me to have to put the keyboard and mouse ON TOP of my desk rather than leaving them in the pullout drawer.

Really nice chair once you get it together. A little bit of a pain putting the back on as the instructions need to be changed a little. Put the base on last not first.
