This chair is replacing older one that stopped working (no height adj and stand separated from seat). There was a problem with assembly the back rest frame was bent and arm rest could not be attached. I took the back rest back to Staples and received another one. The chair is together and its great very comfortable. I did not give it 5* because of the defective back rest.

It took my over 1.5 to partially assemble the chair and still not done as user instructions are not user friendly as they only provide pictures with no wording on step by step instructions; not happy with this manufacturer

I love the chair except for one minor detail the assembly directions were very vague on one little piece of info that would have made the assembly of the chair a lot easier. When you are putting it together Do NOT tighten ANY screws until you have both of the arm rests and the back in place with ALL of the screws in but not tightened. Then once everything is not place then tighten all the screws. Either I missed that point in the directions or it is not very clear to do as I described.
