I sat in multiple chairs before settling on this one. Once homethe directions to putit together were easy to follow. Once together and at my desk it moved just like in the store. I was on carpet now and it still rolls very easy. The fold up arm rest allows me to push it in to my desk and out of the foot path for my wife. It adjust easily to height and Is very comfortable either me sitting forward to work or sitting back to read something. The only thing I have to get used to is turning to look out theside window. If I just turn I hit the desk. I have to remember to pull away from the desk then turn. But this is getting used to the new desk not a hit on the chair itself. So give yourselves time to adjust to the newness.

Well... waiting to see how the second chair lasts... first chair was brought back as the padding on the right side of the seat disappeared! Can't say enough about how good the customer service was tho..no questions asked and another chair given. So hopefully the second chair doesn't have the same problem after just two weeks.

The screws that came with the un assembled chair do not have the threads needed to secure the back of the chair to the base. Should have tried to put it together before Christmas Eve. That’s on me… dang it Santa!

The seat cushion is terrible

I bought this gaming chair for my son a week ago. My son told me it was a terrible chair to seat in. So I gave him my office chair and I took his gaming chair. My son was correct on this gaming chair. It really is a very uncomfortable chair after seating in for about 15 min. First a few min was fine but your body start to sink in it slowly. The seat cushion becomes flat after 10~15 min. First a few min the chair feels comfortable. But you really have to test it for longer than 15 min. Then you will know what I mean by it. With so many good reviews I thought it would be a perfect buy. But truth be told. It is not a good buy at any price.
