Well built. Does what it is intended to do. However it isn't perfect. I have the chair at its lowest setting and it still sits a bit too high. But I can live with it. The reason it has four stars instead of five is that it was a little difficult to assemble. A couple of the bolt holes were not perfectly aligned. Once I got the bolts started they were all right but the misalignment made a couple of them difficult for these old arthritic hands to tighten. I really like that the arms rotate upward allowing me to push the chair under the desk when not in use. That opens up the room a lot more. My old bulky chair would not do that and it took up a lot of space in the room.

bought this since i am now working from home and the price was very appealing. Was easy to put together. Is very comfortable! The arms move up and down which is nice i am able to retract right arm up and pull/sit closer to the desk. My young nephews are very jealous that i now have a cool "gamer chair". I bought blue but the gray looked nice as well.
