Hard to put together. Screws wouldn't go in because openings covered with chair material. Pieces fit tight. one cap broken.

The chair looks and works the way it's supposed to... but the instructions for assembly could be clearer. I know I'm not the most handy guy out there but I managed to put the chair together backwards the first time - the holes lined up. Be sure to look at the picture on the box to know which end of the seat is the front and which is the back... once I figured it out it was fine.

Love the chair! It replaced an expensive ergonomic chair that was giving me back pain after sitting most of the day. This one is sturdy but comfortable. Now the husband wants one too. See His & Hers photos!

It’s a great comfortable chair now but the in store assembly was a horror. First chair arm was not tightened correctly fell apart when picked up and arrived home. Took the chair back to the store. Called back to the store ask for another chair to be assembled. Customer service was excellent. Second chair was put together better I thought. When got home the wheel housing fell apart it was too late to return to the store so next morning off to the store again. The tech person was excellent and snapped the chair together. And a happy ending to a great comfort chair. That’s why seniors don’t put things together.
