I like the design for 2 majors features: The headrest does not bulge out like so many other high back chairs and The arms fold up (though not quite enoughh).

Bought this chair for my son and after sitting in all 30 chairs at one of the Staples stores I choose this chair over the expensive ones. It is very comfortable and I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the chair wobbles a bit from side to side.

Glad I bought it. Doesn't seem to scratch easily and is definitely comfortable. Great padded arm rests. Fun to look at too. Biggest drawback: it leans back but you can't lock it in place. You can lock it forward but that doesn't make any sense. I bought it to keep my keyboard on my lap leaning back comfortably; can't do it. Bummed but the chair is nice so no real regrets.
