Issues with the first replacement is doing good

Purchased the chair black and grey and assembled at home. The chair was wonky and leaned to the left. Called the support number and they had parts out in and to me in about 12 days. I replaced the cylinder and an arm that had damage to it. The chair still leaned left. I work from a home office and it really was a problem to have that lean. Called customer support again and they advise I take it back to the store. This was day 14. We made the trip to the store where we live is rural and an hour trip one way to exchange the chair. I put the chair in the original box after taking it apart as much as i could. The check out person was ready and willing to give us an exchange the manager was not because we were past the 14 days (day 15 or 16). Eventually after explaining the time with trying replacement parts she allowed an exchange. This chair is fine and is working great. We recieved decent support in a timely manner. I advise keeping All of your paper work and the numbers that support gives as a reference.
