First I have to say BRAVO to Emerge for their packaging. All the hardware - including the Allen wrench that works on EVERY bolt - were sorted and labeled by step. SO easy to find what you need and not have to wonder if you're using the right part. The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm not a gamer I'm using it as an office chair and it's great. I had to call customer service because I wasn't having much luck getting the casters on the legs of the chair. You have to push REALLY FIRMLY to get them on. I didn't want to be too aggressive without their blessing and the CSR I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She also warned me that I shouldn't sit in the the chair for more than 10 hours at a stretch (not something I would expect to do in my office but a gamer could easily need that reminder). My only quibble is that the paint scratches off very easily; there are already a half dozen places where it's come off. But that's very minor and certainly doesn't affect my use of the chair.
