This is my third chair of this type. It is very comfortable and perfect for what I need. The only problem is on the last two chairs the arms the vinyl wears out very quickly. It will last about two years before it becomes unsightly. I do spend the money on the Warranty and they honor it without question.

I was very grateful when staff at the Asheville NC Staples store recognized that someone at their store did not assemble my vortex chair correctly and they halted everything and promptly fixed the assembly of the chair. They then carried it out to my car and loaded it for me. I recently had surgery and appreciated it very much. I ordered another chair from them.

Chair is a great value but I just can’t get it to recline. It has a large knob you’re supposed to turn to ease or tighten the recline funciont but I just can’t get mine to do anything.
