Chair was left on front porch. Directions stated hand tighten screws then tighten with Allen wrench. I did this with each screw then discovered that all screws had to be hand tightened I had to loosen all of them to get the back on. After completing assembly chair is extremely comfortable and I didn't want to get out of it. It does have a problem for me. I have a plastic mat over a carpet and the chair sinks into plastic when you sit on it and it is difficult for the castors to move freely.

This gaming chair is comfy! You cant recline the backrest but I find that its just upright enough so that it feels ergonomic to type on a desk while laying back. Also bonus props for the cushioned AND retractable arm rest! My only con is the chair height seems to go all the way up on its own overtime when you're not sitting on it. A little annoying but I can live with it since its easy to adjust the height back to where you want it.
