We got 2 of these chairs they're awesome. We've been using them for about 3 weeks now and there are no complaints they are extremely comfortable and not super heavy; which makes it easier to pick up from the store and take them into your office yourself.

The chair was easy to assemble and it's very comfortable. However as a short woman it's hard to sit all the way back and I need to use a pillow. A way to adjust the back or seat would be great.

Thai chair is fantastic for our son in a college dorm. Highly recommend this but don’t forget to get the additional insurance plan. It’s a no brainer for any college student. Any damage to the chair and they replace the chair. Staples is my go to for all work supplies and college office needs.

Have about 80 hours in it still comfy would have givin five stars but controls on chair are way out of reach. I'm six two and cannot reach tension control and barely the elevator control while seated not a biggie just have to roll back and get up to adjust lol.
