I went to pick up the chair and they didn't have it in stock. Then they tried to pawn off on me a floor display that was all scuffed up and had a tear in the seat cover. After a rather heated argument with two brainless employees I eneded up with one of a different color. Not the chair I wanted but since it was for a Christmas gift I took the different colored chair.

This chair has been comfortable so far. Definitely more so than my old chair. Assembly was pretty easy except I was missing a bolt. I was able to take one from my old chair to finish putting it together. My wife's red version of this was not missing any bolts. Overall I like this chair and am happy with the purchase.
