I've been sitting at a desk for 25+ yrs. Is this a corporate high end chair? Nope not even close. Those chairs cost over $1k each and perform like it. With desk/task chairs you do get what you pay for. This chair is easy to assemble cost effective and not meant to last you forever. If I get a couple of years out of this chair that's acceptable for me. I'm not a gamer but recently found myself working from home and the company doesn't provide a task chair... so I did some research and this seemed suitable. So far it is. I'm 6'4" 300lbs and so far so good. It's been comfortable enough for daily use (8hrs a day). The seat pan is wider than I expected and I'm a larger guy. This could prove to be a massive chair to those with a smaller body frame. There are no frills here... it adjusts vertically swivels and reclines. Arm rests are at a fixed height. They will rotate vertically out of the way if you don't want to use them. Arm rests do not have any further adjustments. The back of the chair is fine. However the area meant to be a "head rest" hits me at shoulder height so there's no "head rest" option for me.
Hve been looking for a comfortable chair while working remote from home and this one was the one! Priced right. Easy to assemble and adjust. Would highly recommend it.
