We bought this for our 12 year old grandson and he is thrilled with it. I was grateful for the staff members at the Staples store who were able to find me a chair with a reasonable price compared to others I had seen. I also purchased the insurance and had the chair assembled in the store

For a gaming chair the comfort is way too low. There is no cushioning for your rear end and it soon becomes uncomfortable. The arms are too far apart and too high and are not comfortable and cannot be used. Even though at the lowest level the chair seat is too high. I do not recommend this chair
