Well I have 2 ones really good and the other is bad so I don't know what to say.. they are comfortable but one is missing some of the fluffiness. But I guess good

This chair is a very comfortable with height and tilt adjusting.I have some back and leg pain and this allows me to usefor longer periods of time.It took about 20 mintues to assemble but not difficult.Glad I bought it!

Great chair but delivery company is dishonest

Great chair and very comfortable. However the delivery company said my chair was delivered when it wasn't then I called staples and then sent another one. However the first chir showed up 2 days later and the 2nd chair never appeared. Staple should get another delivery company.
