The chair is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. the arms are stiff when I try to put them up out of the way. I am sure with time they will become easier.

I really liked how this chair felt in the store and how it adjusted for taller individuals. But the seat went flat after 2 weeks (4-5 days of use). READ THE OTHER LOW STAR REVIEWS: This is a common problem.
