Purchased for my 14 year old teenager who spends a great deal of time gaming. He assembled it and says it’s comfortable. Bought the warranty in case there are any problems down the road. Associate was very helpful during our decision making.

I would give it a 4.5 The only thing wrong is that you can’t tilt back in it. Otherwise great chair!
