The chair is great. The lifter handle was broken haven't had time to call the support team. I bought the 3 yr. plan too.

I initially wondered what was so great about gaming chairs but decided to give this a shot after watching folks buy them. It's a delight! I find that it even helps me to improve my posture helping my back troubles. Highly recommended!

This is a very cool looking chair however the term Bonded Leather is deceptive really just vinyl which is on the thin side. Durability is questionable. The seat cushioning also feels lite & I don't expect it will last too long. That being said the chair was inexpensive so this is a good example of you get what you pay for.
