On the plus side the chair is comfortable when used for 6-8 hours at a time. And the arm rests fold up out of the way. Lower rating is because during assembly it is difficult to get the back part to line up with the holes in the arm rests so you can install the screws. Also the screws are hex head and one of them was not drilled out properly so the hex head wrench wouldn't go in it. I had to find a metric socket and use that.

the chair seat is not very comfortable and kinda hard but i do like the ability to move the arms out of the way at my desk as i have an L shaped desk that i have to move from side to side

I am pleased with the chair. It looks good and is comfortable. The manager at the Milford MA store was very cooperative. He gave me the lowest possible price. The assembly of the chair was relatively easy.

Definitely not a well made chair. Where the back and the seat come together there is a gap so big I can put my hand freely through it with room to spare. Disappointing.

I bought this chair for myself as I am now working from home full time and needed a more comfy chair. I liked it so much I bought one for my son for Christmas. I highly recommend it.

I was in search of a computer/task chair and this one was the only 1 out of like 30 at the Staples store that fit me perfectly. If only I could figure out the tilt mechanism... or maybe mine is just faulty for that. :/ Super stylish universal chair.
