My mom chose this chair and I put it together for her. It is incredibly comfortable and adjustable for height & tilt of chair. The leather has a very nice feel but most of all: the directions for assembly are excellent! Directions are very organized step 1 step 2 etc. with good illustrations and hardware in separate bubbles 1 for each step. Drilled holes all matched up no hardware or parts were missing and it went together perfectly. I like the directions and assembly!!! Finally I believe it is a very solid chair and therefore very stable. I give it a "thumbs up" and would buy it again!

The young bald man working the night shift helped me make this purchase right before the store closed and even helped load it into my car. He convinced me to get the warranties for the chairs because he has a cat as well.

Well built and comfortable assembly instructions could be better and they need to remove the fabric from the threaded openings!

I was looking for a chair that was comfortable to sit in for long periods. I think this chair will do well at this. I am not a gamer. This chair does not have have the adjustments that some gaming chairs do but is comfortable.
