The right armrest snapped in half after less then a year of use and while it's under a 7 year warranty I need to wait 3 weeks before they even have a replacement armrest to ship me. Customer service was very helpful but I cannot recommend a chair that breaks after less then a year of use.

We really like this chair for my son. he plays games and I did not like at all the way his old chair was doing to his body! As soon as I saw him in it I smiled the chair has great back support and is extremely comfortable and he has his posture back the way it should be! 😊
